Arena Square in the sunshine in Wembley Park

Wembley Park event guide

Attending a live event in Wembley – be it a rock concert, festival, arena tour or sports game – is one of the top things to do in London.

If you’re heading to the area for a big day (or night) out, our new guide tells you everything you need to know, from the best things to do in Wembley to the finest places to stay.

How to get here

The best way to get to Wembley Park is via public transport, taking advantage of excellent tube and rail connections to Central London, the south-east and beyond. If you’d prefer to drive, there are more than 3000 secure parking spaces in Wembley Park that you can prebook. But don’t forget that on event days the roads and public transport will be extra busy, so plan your journey in advance and leave plenty of time! Eating

Make a day of it with a meal at one of the LDO’s 20 cafés, bars and restaurants, from burgers at Big Moe’s Diner to a rack of ribs at Frankie & Benny’s, or other favourites such as Pizza Express, Nando’s and Wagamama. If you’re in a hurry, BOXPARK Wembley’s wide range of global street foods includes Greek, Thai, Indian and Argentinian as well as traditional and vegan options.

Pre- & post-event entertainment

Wondering what to do around Wembley before or after your big event? Get yourself to BOXPARK Wembley, where three bars, live DJs and club nights will keep the party going until 1am. And if you can’t get a ticket to the cup final, watching it live on Boxpark’s huge HD screens is almost as good as the real thing!

There’s always plenty happening all over Wembley Park, from free events and performers in the square to dramatic installations and street art. Click here for updates on what's on in north London.
