You can even swap the cheese for vegan cheese. Our fav, the goat’s cheese veggie stack which also comes completely vegan – layers of chargrilled mixed peppers, flat mushroom, goats’ cheese, caramelised red onion relish & rocket, all served on a fresh sourdough bun. Yes please.
New kids to the Boxpark block are boa bun specialists, Bun House. With veggie bun options and loads of meat-free small dishes, they are definitely worth a visit. And if you have a sweet tooth that you need scratching, make sure you try their custard filled boa buns too!
