On the iconic Olympic Way, the brand new Bread Ahead location has an incredible restaurant serving breakfast, lunch AND dinner, as well as some super tasty grab-and-go options and some lush sourdough pizzas – because who doesn’t love pizza?
They’re even catering to the sweet tooth zombies among us with some new and exciting desserts to accompany their signature doughnuts – eek!
As world-famous bakers, Bread Ahead and its amazing bakers will, of course, be bringing their sensational baked goods and hugely successful baking school to Wembley Park. Offering aspiring bakers the opportunity to perfect their skills, Bread Ahead’s baking workshops are perfect for seasoned bakers or complete newbies to get stuck in and experience artisan baking first hand.

Donut panic. But. Bread Ahead’s legendary doughnut workshop is coming to Wembley Park. That’s right. You can learn to make their mouthwatering doughnuts for yourself. This half-day workshop will guide you through the process of making these sensational custard grenades, so you can just keep on making them and enjoying them.
BRITISH CLASSICS WORKSHOP
If doughnuts aren’t your jam, then the Bread Ahead British Classics workshop might be for you. Teaching you the tricks to perfect Welsh Cake, airy English Muffins and beautiful potato bread, these traditional British bakes are a welcome addition to any table.
INTRODUCTION TO SOURDOUGH
Perhaps one of the yummiest of doughs, this course will give you all the fundamental lessons in making sourdough bread and show you what makes wild yeast baking oh so special. In this half-day course you will create your very own starter, then use theirs to produce a brown levain and 100% rye. You’ll even be taught the art of no-knead sourdough.
INTRODUCTION TO ITALIAN
Ti piace il pane Italiano? Well you’re not alone! There is something about Italian bread that makes it SO irresistible. The rosemary, the olive oil, the sea salt – what’s not to like? Well in this Bread Ahead course you have you baking your very own focaccia and ciabatta, as well as learning the skill behind luscious grissini. You’ll walk away confident in your ability to recreate these signature Italian breads.
