Celebrate Urban Arts Festival at Wembley Park this September
Coming to Wembley Park this Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th September, Urban Arts Festival is a free event celebrating hip-hop and skating culture.
The community event praises the creative world of hip-hop and arts, allowing you and your whole family to experience and immerse yourself in workshops inspired by live graffiti, beatboxing, dancing and poetic hip-hop artists.
The completely free, family-friendly event is spread across four main areas. Main stage which showcases artists such as singers, poets, spoken word, rappers, beatboxers, DJ’s and Dancers. Concrete Jam which is a freestyle open jam session area for arts such as poppers and lockers. Outdoor Street Course Skate Park area for skateboarders, BMX’s, Scooters and Blades. And finally, Graffiti Murals which is a live graffiti artwork area.
The incredible and immersive mini-fest starts at 12PM and ends at 7PM. You can find all the action at the end of Olympic Way and on Market Square. If you’re not sure where – just check out the map below!
There will also be a super special after party held at Boxpark Wembley from 7PM to late – so make sure you stick around to continue the party.
